Song Ji Hyo is the female lead in the MBC drama ‘Gaebaek‘ and she plays the role of a woman engulfed in a quiet storm of vengeance. Her character is determined and cold-hearted enough to purposely become an adopted daughter to the family responsible for murdering her parents. In the drama she says, “I can even become a concubine if necessary” and she had the viewers on the edge of their seats.
Her character wears almost no makeup and that adds to the mystifying look about her. Even though she loves Gaebaek (Lee Seo Jin) wholeheartedly, she does not hesitate to put a knife around his throat when he nearly ruins all the hard preparation she’s made to accomplish her vengeance.
So that’s the Song Ji Hyo from ‘Gaebaek’, but on SBS ‘Running Man’ she’s a completely different character. She’s cute and easy going and she even has a little romance brewing with Gary. On a recent broadcast Song Ji Hyo was seen sleeping while having her arms and legs tucked inside her shirt. She could care less that the camera was right in front of her. That easy going attitude of her is very refreshing.
Song Ji Hyo’s dual charm is giving joy to the viewers and her fans are loving the attention she’s getting as well.
