Actress Hong Soo Hyun and and Song Ji Hyo battled it out against each other’s beauty.
Hong Soo Hyun and Song Ji Hyo used their beauties to their full advantage on the January 22nd episode of SBS’s ‘Running Man – Lunar New Year’s Special’. The installment of ‘Running Man’ divided the teams into Cho Dynasty team and Han Dynasty team.
Hong So Hyun teamed up with Kim Jong Kook, HaHa, and Gary to form the Cho Dynasty team and Song Ji Hyo formed the Han Dynasty team with Yoo Jae Suk, Lee Kwang Soo, Ji Suk Jin, and Lee Bum Soo.
The beauty contest rule was for Hong Soo Hyun and Song Ji Hyo to increase the heart rate of an opposite team member within one minute. Each of them were given only one minute and Hong Soo Hyun chose Lee kwang Soo and Song Ji Hyo chose HaHa.
Song Ji Hyo said to HaHa, “You texted me at the end of the year, that you love me” and had him flustered. Then Song Ji Hyo ‘revealed’, “So you asked a friend to set you up with me?”, successfully increasing the heart rate of HaHa. HaHa’s heart rate reached a maximum of 149.
Hong Soo Hyun said to Lee Kwang Soo, “You can’t talk without looking at me. Call me, ‘Soo Hyun Ah’”, trying to seduce him. Hong Soo Hyun also asked Lee Kwang soo to give her his phone number increasing his heart rate. However, with all the efforts, Lee Kwang Soo’s heart rate reached a maximum of 142.
Hong Soo Hyun ended up handing over the win to Song Ji Hyo. The much loved down to earth member of ‘Running Man’ proved once again that after all, she is a beautiful actress that makes hearts skip a beat.
